"It's been a long time coming."

Ah. So it was Chuie.
Waiting kills. :(
WHEN DO WE KNOW FOR SURE? D:
Basta kita kita sa finish line. :)

And I know I still have 4 more years to figure this other thing out, but I think I'm sure of it now. :D They say it's a shame if I won't push through with it since I had a hybrid major back in uni, and I even toyed with the idea of eventually enrolling in an MBA-JD program, but on the long run? I don't think I can handle corporate practice. :) I know it's the logical choice, but somehow I don't see myself in it. :'D Law practice pa rin according to Cayetano v. Monsod, pero puro desk job? Medyo boring. :D

I'd rather practice Family Law, or HR and PIL. :)

Come to think of it, back in college, the major law subject I got the highest marks on was for Family Law. :) I know I studied my ass off because Atty. Santiago scares the shit out of me (Danica, if you ever come across this, I miss you! :)), but I was genuinely interested. :) Haha. I even have it on my interests list since forever. :D Even on friendster! (Oh dear abandoned dinosaur accounts :D) I chose to have my internship in that Senate committee because of that too. :) (Actually, [info]apatots's association prompted me to write about this. :D I'm not done with the lollerskates.)

Hay. I sometimes worry if I like something because I want it for myself, or I just learned to like it because dad makes it shiny. :D But I guess no matter how much he limits options and try to run my life, I'd still decide what I feel like doing. :DD

PS. No matter what field, I still want to be the next chanrobles.com :D Hahaha.

ASIL team is on the Jessup Quarters! Me so proud! )

I had other things to go on about, but I'd save that for later. D:
I SO TIRED :'(

In the meantime, here's something I stole from [info]darlita ♥ :D

What do you think should be my theme song?
(It could be any song. First thing that pops in your head, even if it's 100% irrelevant xD)
The meme ends there, but if you leave a comment here, I'd reply with yours :3

I once got on this thread on last.fm where they're supposed to post a song they're reminded of when they see your profile photo (I got Semisonic's Secret Smile :)), but since we're on LJ, I think I can pick a song based on more than your photo :) ♥ ILU FLIST! ♥

I want RichEd to scrobble. :D

Congratulations on getting signed to Epic, Margot & the Nukes.
At the end of the day, every band dreams of eventually making it big.
I hope they don't sell-out to producers and lose the original sound I fell in love with, but am really happy they're going mainstream and spreading the awesomeness. :)

Elitist fans piss me off a bit, but I'm consoled by the fact that they'd have to go through the trouble of changing their "indie" tags. :D Like them for their music, not for their status, bozos. Don't start hatin' when you'd have to share em with the rest of the world.

Ayup. Back in fifth grade[1], I never liked the Backstreet Boys or NSYNC, or boybands in general, with the exception of crack-funny LFO songs.

Now that I finally have time to churn, my sister'd[2] introduced me to Japanese pop culture and TV dramas, and as you can see from a coupla entries down, I've been successfully inducted into Japanese boyband fandom as well. :D

Being the schizophrenic audiophile that I am, I'm no stranger to foreign que-pasa-anu-daw music[3]. I can even name a handful of favourite Japanese bands.. but because of my aversion to the "western boyband pop" genre, I passed on these bands for so long, and now I've realized how much I've missed out. :D (same way when I found out that DAYUM! I like Justin Timberlake's music! :D Fackarr, I like Justin Timberlake too!) Haha! Because of this hallelujah chance, I now like KAT-TUN and NEWS!♥ And because they're not actually just bands, but are idol groups, there's a plethora of media they pop up in. They sing, dance, act, do concerts, release DVDs, appear on dramas and TV shows, record radio shows, and go on and on. Keeping up with it is a hoot. :D

I fangirl this smart boy on this radio show and the sexy birthday boy below. ♥

SHIGET TOGETHER! )

[1] what did I like, then? The Spice Girls. :D I even bid for a Manila leg when they went on World Tour! We must've lacked votes that time, but LET'S GO, MANILA! LET'S VOTE TO HAVE MANILA ON MONOPOLY NEXT! :D
[2] I love how that sounds like "turd." Hahaha~ I love you Beebee!
[3] I jump from my usual indie and alt rock, to house and chillout, to Korean hip-hop, Finnish metal, French R&B, J-Rock, and Icelandic. This OMI thing on last.fm says my charts score a 153 on their scale. >.< It's all confusing.

Take Erik Satie's Gymnopedie No. 1, put it against America's Ventura Highway, and you get Janet Jackson's Someone to Call My Lover.

Neat, huh?:D

And I know this is my third entry of the day, but... )
